About the topic in fitness, yes we all know that fitness is really healthy to our body, but the most effective way to have a slim and healthy body is to drink water. With my father having recently been diagnosed with diabetes, I find this video very helpful. I don't know much about type 2, but I'm slowly learning. I work with Chef's Diet, which is a program that utilizes fresh produce and lean meats that are delivered to your door daily. Thanks Monte for posting the video. It is how important is take care of our precious health. Once people are ill, they do all kind of effort to get back their health. And many time ended up stressed when they become hopeless. I have seen many diabetics who lose hope when they see it is not curable. Hope and right thinking is really important. If there is no hope then we can not stay motivated - a key motivator.

We should be really aware of the risks we take with bad diet and exercise-less life style. But, more importantly is to learn and enjoy when we are healthy, active, motivated and full of energy by choosing a right life style.
